Q. Is there a limit on how many books I can list at my BookSupply site? No. You can list as many books as you'd like and you only pay for those that get sold. There are no fees to keep your entire database on-line. Q. How do I do a bulk upload of all my books? Yes. Right now we support Home Base format and CSV format for bulk uploads. You can upload all your books yourself, or send us your file and we will do it for you. Q. Do I need to provide credit card information? No. BookSupply does not process credit cards. Your customers pay directly to you via PayPal. Q. How do I know when my book got sold? When a customer buys your book and he/she has successfully paid via PayPal, you will get an email from BookSupply that you have a pending order. You will also get an email from PayPal confirming the purchase. Q. If I open a book store, will my books automaticly appear in BookSupply.org main store? No. Once you opened your store, you books will automaticly appear in your store only. At this point your store is fully functioning, meaning customers can check out books. However, your books will not appear in the main BookSupply.org store until you are an approved seller. If you are an approved seller, you books appear in the main store as soon as you post them. Few times a week, BookSupply.org reviews book sellers and grants status of an approved seller to those qualified. If you want to get this status quicker, contact us and we will review your store and will grant approved status if you qualify. Q. How do I put a link to my store from my own site? See Link to Us. Q. How do I know when my book sells? If your book gets sold, you will receive an email from BookSupply.org with the information about the order. The email will have instructions how to get buyers address, where to ship the book or books and other details of the order. You can login to your management account to see more details of the order, your previous orders, and other useful information. Q. How do I pay commissions? Once a month you will receive an invoice for the books your sold previous month. BookSupply.org charges a small fee for each book sold. If a buyer placed an order for 4 books, you will be charged a flat fee for each book in the order. The payment method is PayPal. |
